Very intense, complex red with ripe red fruit, balsamic notes of pine and eucalyptus, elegant structure and a persistent finish.

Hand-harvested, destemmed/crushed, 12h pre-fermentation maceration; indigenous yeasts; alcoholic fermentation at 22–24°C with extended post-fermentative maceration (~90 days).
