Tasting Note
Deep garnet; concentrated black cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate and toasted spice with balsamic and smoky nuances. Full, velvety palate with ripe fruit and integrated oak tannins; long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or spicy Sichuan beef, Thai red curry, Indonesian beef rendang.

Production Method
100% Syrah; controlled fermentation with temperature management, followed by ageing in oak barrels (French/American style) as a Reserva to add toast, spice and texture.
