Tasting Note
Garnet red; fragrant black fruits (blueberry, blackberry) and red cherry, floral bergamot and basil notes, subtle spice. Fresh acidity, silky fine tannins, elegant structure and a persistent, polished finish.

Production Method
~70% destemmed; 24-hour cold pre-fermentative maceration; indigenous yeasts; fermentation at 22–24°C (~18 days); malolactic in French oak; 12 months aging (≈30% new French oak).
