Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry with cedar, tobacco, black pepper and violet notes; medium–full body, polished yet present tannins and a sappy, slightly tarry finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel selection and temperature-controlled fermentation; 20–30 day maceration, aged ~14 months in French oak barrels (≈15% new).
