Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with white flowers, fresh almond and minerality. Light-bodied and silky with crisp acidity and a saline, almond-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Verdicchio fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (10–12°C) and aged several months on fine lees in steel; vines on sandy tuff soils at ~250–260m, sustainable practices.
