Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow; aromas of peach, apricot, lemon blossom and fresh almond. Palate is crisp and saline with lemon, pear and stone-fruit flavors, lively acidity and a clean, slightly nutty finish.

Western: shellfish risotto, baked or fried fish, prawn fritters, vegetarian lasagna, fresh salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Verdicchio; cold fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks (10–12°C) and aged several months on fine lees in stainless steel before bottling.

Santa Barbara (Stefano Antonucci), founded in the early 1990s in Marche. Produces Verdicchio from 250–260m on sandy-tuff soils; known for modern, sustainably minded production.
