Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow; aromas of peach, apricot, lemon blossom and fresh almond. Palate is crisp and saline with lemon, pear and stone-fruit flavors, lively acidity and a clean, slightly nutty finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Verdicchio; cold fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks (10–12°C) and aged several months on fine lees in stainless steel before bottling.
