Tasting Note
Perfumed rose and violet with red cherry, raspberry, tar and licorice; hints of mint, anise and spice. Fine-grained tannins, polished fruit and persistent mineral finish (long).

Western: roasted beef, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, truffle pasta, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi or galbi), Cantonese roasted pork (char siu), miso-glazed eggplant, Szechuan-style beef with moderate spice.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo vinified by vineyard parcel with native yeast fermentations; aged in 500L French tonneaux (limited new oak), then bottle-aged before release.

Azienda Agricola Luciano Sandrone (founded 1978) farms ~27 ha across Barolo and Langhe; Le Vigne is a multi-vineyard Barolo drawn from plots including Vignane, Merli, Baudana and (from 2011) Villero. Family-run, internationally acclaimed.
