Tasting Note

Fresh ginjo aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and soda; notes of ripe grapefruit, dried mandarin and star anise. Silky umami with pleasant bitterness, crisp acidity and mineral, leading to a lingering, crisp finish.

Production Method
