Tasting Note
Dark blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cedar, mint and spice. Medium-full palate, firm fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish with mineral and espresso notes.

Roast lamb, ribeye steak, beef bourguignon; Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ (galbi), mushroom hot pot.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, traditional vinification in temperature-controlled vats; matured in oak barrels (approx. 14–16 months, moderate new oak). Produced and vinified at the Château Gloria chai for Saint-Pierre.

Fourth Growth (1855) estate in Saint-Julien, ~17 ha, long owned and restored by Henri Martin; now run by his family (Triaud). Noted for Cabernet-dominant blends and recent quality improvements.
