Tasting Note
Deep ruby with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and graphite aromas. Medium-full-bodied, ripe dark fruit, mineral core, supple oak and moderate, refined tannins. Smooth, persistent finish with cedar, spice and dark-fruit concentration.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye or short ribs, duck confit, venison/game; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef (bulgogi), braised beef with hoisin, mushroom dishes with soy and mirin.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature‑controlled vats; blended (2012 ≈78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot); aged 14–16 months in French oak (≈60% new); bottled at the château.

17 ha Saint-Julien estate, classified 4ème Cru Classé (1855). Reconstituted and modernized by Henri Martin; owned/managed by the Triaud family (Domaines Henri Martin). Grapes vinified at Château Gloria's chai.
