Tasting Note
Bright lemon-green; expressive passionfruit, gooseberry, nettle and green capsicum with sea-salt minerality. Medium-bodied, zesty acidity and concentrated tropical-fruit core leading to a saline, lingering finish.

Production Method
Selected single-vineyard fruit pressed immediately, minimal skin contact, settled then cool stainless-steel fermentation with selected yeasts; small-batch selection and bottled under screwcap. (Alcohol c.12.5%).
