Tasting Note
Pale salmon-pink with floral violet and wild strawberry aromas. Bright raspberry, cherry and wild red-berry flavors, light soft bubbles, refreshing acidity and a dry, fruity finish.

Production Method
Glera pressed and fermented; Pinot Nero vinified red with short skin contact then blended. Secondary fermentation by Charmat (tank) method (min. ~60 days); stainless-steel ageing.
