Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green highlights. Bright citrus, white peach and pineapple with floral lime blossom and subtle ginger/pink pepper spice. Silky mousse, precise acidity, rounded mid-palate and a mineral, refreshing finish.

Maison Ruinart, founded 1729, is Champagne's oldest house. Wines source 25–30 chardonnay crus (majority Premier Cru) and age in Ruinart's historic chalk crayères.
