Tasting Note
Golden; aromas of acacia, honeysuckle and elderflower with white peach and a touch of flinty minerality. Vivid, fleshy palate with bright acidity and good persistence.

Western: grilled lobster, oysters, roast chicken with herb butter, creamy pasta, fresh goat cheese. Asian: tempura prawns, sushi/sashimi (white fish), Cantonese steamed fish, mild Thai coconut-based curries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; traditional fermentation in oak barrels followed by approximately 18 months maturation in cellar.
