Tasting Note
Rich vanilla and sticky stewed fruits with white chocolate and ripe orchard fruit; smoothly creamy texture, warm spice and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, pork belly, blue cheese, dark chocolate and apple crumble (Western); Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), yakitori or grilled skewers, and spicy Sichuan dishes (Asian).

Production Method
Matured 12 years in first-fill ex-bourbon and refill ex-bourbon casks; bottled at cask strength (56.5% ABV) as part of Diageo Special Releases 2023.

Produced at Roseisle Distillery (Diageo), a large Speyside distillery opened in 2010 to supply both blends and single malts; this is the distillery's first official single-malt public release.
