Bright tropical aromas of passion fruit, key lime, honeydew and green melon with hints of fresh-cut grass. Zesty grapefruit, kiwi and lime on a linear, mouthwatering palate with lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish.

Western: fresh oysters, grilled whitefish, pesto chicken pasta, goat cheese, Niçoise salad. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, grilled lemongrass chicken.
Production Method
Fruit blended from Napa and cooler Sonoma sites; mainly fermented in stainless steel with ~10% older French oak and a small concrete portion; bottled young to preserve freshness.
