Tasting Note
Ripe blackberry and plum, cherry, baking spices, fresh pie-crust and vanilla with dark-chocolate undertones; full-bodied, velvety texture, soft fine tannins and a long, silky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: braised short ribs, lasagna Bolognese, pan-roasted rack of lamb, grilled ribeye. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu (Cantonese barbecued pork), teriyaki beef, Peking/Cantonese roasted duck, beef rendang.

Production Method
Destemmed, cold-soak and fermented; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈45% new); underwent malolactic fermentation.
