Tasting Note
Ripe blackberry and plum, cherry, baking spices, fresh pie-crust and vanilla with dark-chocolate undertones; full-bodied, velvety texture, soft fine tannins and a long, silky finish.

Destemmed, cold-soak and fermented; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈45% new); underwent malolactic fermentation.
