Tasting Note
Ripe black cherry, cassis and blackberry with cedar, baking spice, mint and subtle graphite; concentrated and silky with fine dusty tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Production Method
Estate and select purchased fruit; destemmed and optically sorted, cold-soaked, fermented in tank and barrel, basket-pressed, underwent malolactic in barrel, aged 16 months (75% new) in French oak.
