Tasting Note
Bright raspberry and cherry with blackberry, licorice, vanilla, mocha and baking spice; lush, jammy, full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, silky finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, BBQ baby back ribs, lamb chops, meat-lover pizza, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean-style spicy pork ribs, char siu, Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef, pork dumplings.
Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes cold-soaked, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless tanks, basket-pressed, malo-lactic conversion, aged 14 months in French and American oak (≈10% new).
