Tasting Note
Lemon zest, white flowers and toasted brioche with vanilla and ripe orchard fruit. Rich, slightly oily texture balanced by crisp citrus acidity and saline minerality; long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; whole-cluster gentle pressing; barrel fermentation and malolactic in 228L French oak; ~12 months élevage on fine lees with occasional bâtonnage; ~20% new oak.
