Concentrated Grand Cru Chardonnay: white flowers, stone fruit and passion fruit with toasted almond, vanilla and honeysuckle; bright citrus acidity, pronounced minerality, creamy texture and a long honeyed, saline finish.

Hand‑harvested fruit, gentle whole-cluster pressing; barrel fermentation with malolactic conversion and élevage on fine lees. Aged ~8–12 months in 228L oak barrels with roughly 30–45% new oak; lightly fined/filtered before bottling.
