Tasting Note
Pale gold. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, brioche and toasted nuts. Rich, precise palate with stone fruit, buttery texture, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster, scallops, grilled/roast white fish, roast chicken with cream sauce, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed fish (black cod), sushi (richer cuts), tempura, steamed fish with ginger/soy, mild Thai coconut curries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pressing and cold settling; fermented and aged in French oak (~8 months, ~30% new) with regular bâtonnage. Bottled at the domaine.
