Tasting Note
Delicate pink with aromas of strawberries, red cherries and cranberries, layered with biscuity brioche, toasted almond and honeysuckle; fine persistent mousse and elegant, long finish.

Production Method
Hand‑picked, whole‑bunch pressed; partial fermentation in old Burgundian oak; bottle‑aged on lees for a minimum of 53 months; small addition of Pinot Précoce at disgorgement; dosage ~6–7 g/L.
