Tasting Note
Fine creamy mousse with citrus, ripe stone fruit and baked apple aromas, layered with toasted brioche, honey and roasted almond. Silky texture, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Whole-bunch pressing of Pinot Noir; partial fermentation in old Burgundian barrels (≈4% of wine), ~58% malolactic; méthode traditionnelle bottle fermentation with lees ageing for a minimum of 48 months.
