Tasting Note
Supple, mid-weight Nebbiolo: macerated cherry and strawberry, dried florals (violet), cedar, tar and tobacco with mineral lift; ripe but firm tannins and a fresh, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; de-stemmed; spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation with submerged-cap long maceration (~60–90 days); aged ~4–5 years in large neutral botti; bottled unfiltered.
