Tasting Note
Ripe orchard fruit (peach, apple), citrus zest, white flowers and wet stone minerality; subtle toasted oak and creamy lees texture, bright acidity and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay, native-yeast fermentation, partial oak (used/neutral barrels) ageing on fine lees 10–18 months, spontaneous malolactic, minimal intervention, no bâtonnage.
