Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, mulled strawberry and wild flowers with iron/mineral undertow, sandalwood and spice. Elegant, focused, fine‑grained tannins and a long, tangy finish; bright acidity and reserved fruit in youth.

100% whole‑cluster fermentation (cold soak, native ferments, gentle foot‑treading), pressed to French oak and aged ~14–16 months; low percentage new oak (est. 20–25%).
