Tasting Note
Medium-deep crimson. Fresh blackberry and raspberry with dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee notes. Medium-bodied, ripe dark-fruit palate, supple fine tannins and a short-to-medium finish; bright, easy-drinking and slightly nouveau in style.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, lamb chops, beef burgers, BBQ ribs, mushroom stew. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu/roast pork, Sichuan-style dishes, teriyaki beef, chicken satay with peanut sauce.
