Tasting Note
Pale Provençal-strawberry pink. Fresh strawberries and cream, red berries and subtle musk; medium-bodied, dry with lively, refreshing acidity and a clean, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: charcuterie, grilled prawns, goat cheese, light salads, ceviche. Asian: sashimi/sushi, Thai green papaya salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, Korean-style grilled chicken or pork, spicy cold noodles.

Production Method
Grapes gently crushed with short skin contact; cool stainless-steel fermentation, minimal intervention and vegan fining to retain bright fruit and acidity.
