Tasting Note

Aromas of cedar, vanilla, red currant and blackberry. Supple, elegant palate with ripe dark-fruit, fine oak and solid tannic backbone; long, savory finish.

Dry‑farmed single‑vineyard fruit; varieties fermented separately, aged ~12 months in French oak, bottled unfiltered after additional bottle aging.
