Tasting Note
Bright citrus and stone fruit (peach, pear, lemon) with brioche, wet limestone and subtle gunflint. Creamy mid-palate, lively acidity and a mineral, saline finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed; hand-harvested; indigenous yeast fermentation; aged ~50% in barriques (≈12–15% new) and 50% in large used foudre; finished in stainless steel (several months) before bottling.

Domaine Rémi Jobard (family of Jobard) — Rémi took over in the 1990s. Works primarily in Meursault/Puligny; certified organic since 2008; sources older vines (c. 40+ years) from several parcels.
