Estate-grown organic fruit; native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel and open-top foudres; matured 17–24 months in mixed-size oak (foudres/barrels); minimal SO2, light or no filtration and extended bottle ageing.

La Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri — family estate near Labastida (re-established by Jaime Rodríguez, now run by Amaia & Telmo Rodríguez). Historic, single‑estate focus with organic, low‑intervention practices.
