Tasting Note
Black cherry, blackberry and violet aromas with cedar, spice and subtle mineral tension. Dusty, firm tannins, fresh acidity, medium-full body and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, spontaneous malolactic fermentation; aged ~12 months in French oak barrels of various sizes.
