Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, blueberry and plum with violet, graphite, cocoa and exotic spice. Full-bodied and silky, cashmere-like tannins, bright freshness and a long, floral-spice finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, char siu, beef rendang, soy-braised short ribs (kalbi jjim).
Production Method
Lot-by-lot fermentation with extended maceration; malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels (mix of new and seasoned) for ~18–22 months; blended from ~20 lots then bottled.

Founded in 2002 by Juan Mercado and Wendell Laidley; winemaker Benoit Touquette. Realm sources premium Napa sites (Blair, Houyi, Dr. Crane, Moonracer, Larkmead) and is known for Cabernet-led collector wines.
