Tasting Note
Dark ruby with black cherry, plum and blackberry aromas, lifted by chocolate, mint and cedar. Velvety, plush palate shows ripe dark fruit, cocoa, vanilla and subtle baking spice, finishing long and smooth.

Food Pairing
Western: braised short ribs, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, beef bulgogi, teriyaki beef, Korean BBQ.

Production Method
Hand‑sorted fruit with extended maceration; aged 18–19 months in French oak (≈20% new); bottled unfiltered.
