Tasting Note
Pale, brilliant pink with aromas of peach blossom, raspberry and apricot. Crisp palate of fresh strawberry, white nectarine and peach, bright acidity and an elegant, mineral-tinged, lingering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled shrimp, Nicoise salad, light cream cheeses, roast chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai papaya salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, spicy Korean seafood pancakes.

Production Method
Grapes destemmed and progressively pressed; free-run and first-press juices vinified separately. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel; aged three months on fine lees with occasional stirring.
