Tasting Note
Pale, brilliant pink with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, white nectarine and peach blossom. Fresh, crisp palate with red fruit, citrus lift and a clean, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled salmon, niçoise salad, light charcuterie, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai grilled prawn salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, mild Korean BBQ (pork/veggies).

Production Method
Grapes destemmed and gently pressed; free-run and first-press juices fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. Aged 2–3 months on fine lees to enhance roundness and freshness.
