Tasting Note
Bone-dry, saline Blanc de Noirs with fine mousse: fig, acacia honey, dried apricot, red-apple peel and toasted almond backed by wet-stone minerality, citrus pith and a concentrated, textured palate with bright acidity and a long savory finish.
