Tasting Note
Fresh, mineral-driven with fine persistent bubbles; aromas of Mediterranean herbs, dry hay, citrus and orchard fruit. Vibrant, saline palate with crunchy acidity, fine mousse and a focused extra‑brut finish.

Production Method
Traditional method (second fermentation in bottle). Slow, low-pressure pressing; first fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts; minimum 18 months on lees; biodynamic viticulture; disgorgement date printed on label.
Vineyard Info
Raventós i Blanc: family estate since 1497. Certified organic (CCPAE) since 2009 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2013. Estate-wide regenerative practices; mixed farms and ~50 ha vineyards on a ~90 ha estate.
