Food Pairing

Western: Dry-aged ribeye, roast lamb, beef Wellington, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ beef (bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan-style braised beef, grilled lamb skewers.
