Tasting Note
Developed amber color; aromas of honeyed apricot, marmalade, dried orange peel, toasted nuts, caramel and botrytis. Lush, concentrated palate with candied citrus, spice and long toffee-honey finish.

Foie gras, blue cheese (Roquefort), roasted apricots or tarte Tatin, almond desserts; Peking duck, Thai mango sticky rice, spiced pork or miso-glazed scallops.
Production Method
Hand-harvested in successive tries selecting botrytized berries; Sémillon-led blend fermented in tanks and barrels, aged in French oak typically 18–24 months.
