Tasting Note
Evolved Sauternes: honeyed apricot, dried pineapple and marmalade with toffee, caramel and mushroom/forest-floor tertiary notes; bright orange‑peel acidity, concentrated botrytis sweetness and a very long honeyed finish.

Production Method
Late-harvest, hand-picked in multiple passes; grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), fermented and aged in French oak barrels, blended and bottled after cellar maturation (≈2 years).
