Tasting Note
Perfumed dark-berry and wild blueberry notes with lavender, spice, graphite and truffle. Palate shows concentrated black fruit, mineral lift, vibrant acidity and fine-grained, sculpted tannins, finishing long, spicy and elegant.

Western: braised beef, roasted lamb, game, aged cheeses, mushroom risotto, rich pasta. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), bulgogi, Sichuan-style beef, Peking duck, soy-braised short ribs.
Production Method
Organic viticulture; hand-harvested. Fermentation 20–25 days at 28–30°C; matured 18–24 months in new French oak barriques, followed by bottle ageing.

Quintodecimo, founded by Prof. Luigi Moio (est. 2001) in Mirabella Eclano. Vigna Quintodecimo is a 2‑ha cru at 420m, north‑west exposure on clay‑calcareous soils, planted 2001 with low yields and high vine density.
