Tasting Note
Dense black and red fruits (blackberry, plum), incense, violets and cocoa, with mint/eucalyptus and licorice. Silky yet powerful, cool-toned acidity, firm staining tannins and a long spicy, mineral finish.

Production Method
Single-vineyard Aglianico; hand-harvested, fermented ~20–25 days (28–30°C), aged 18–24 months in new oak barriques, then rested in bottle before release.
