Tasting Note
Dark cherry, plum and dried blueberry with violet, licorice, tobacco and espresso. Silky yet lively tannins, bright acidity, mineral and balsamic spice, with a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef, pappardelle with wild boar, aged Pecorino and other hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan braised beef, Cantonese char siu, rich miso/tonkotsu ramen or braised pork buns.

Production Method
100% Aglianico from five estate vineyards; fermented (stainless steel) and aged ~12–18 months in French oak barriques (approx. 50% new), followed by bottle aging.

Quintodecimo founded by Luigi Moio near Mirabella Eclano (Irpinia). ~25 ha estate, organic vineyard management, focused on native Campanian varieties since 2001.
