Golden straw with intense aromatics of apricot, quince, white peach, honey and savory herbs; bright, saline minerality and electrifying acidity, full-bodied with a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Greco grapes; ~70% fermented in stainless steel and ~30% in new French oak barriques; aged ~8 months on fine lees, light filtration; produced with organic/natural viticulture practices.
