Tasting Note
Intense golden white with apricot, quince, citrus oil, jasmine and pronounced saline minerality; textured, nearly oily mid-palate with vibrant acidity and long mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Greco; ~70% fermented in stainless steel and ~30% in new French barriques, aged ~8 months on fine lees; unclarified/unfiltered.

Quintodecimo, founded 2001 by Prof. Luigi Moio and Laura di Marzio, farms single-vineyard Greco on Tufo/Mirabella Eclano slopes (high-altitude Irpinia).
