Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant and blackberry core with cocoa, tobacco, mint and eucalyptus; toasted vanilla and brioche oak notes; polished, velvety tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown biodynamic farming; each block vinified separately, aged ~21 months in French oak (≈80% new), then blended and bottle-aged before release.
