Tasting Note
Intense cassis, black cherry and raspberry with savory sage and thyme; layers of dark chocolate, graphite and tobacco. Precise, dense fruit, fine-grained dusty tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown biodynamic farming; hand-harvested, sorted and vinified by block; aged ~22 months in French oak (majority new), blended and bottled after additional rest.
