Concentrated black and red fruit (blackberry, currant, cherry) with violet and black‑licorice aromas; notes of vanilla, leather and toasted oak. Full-bodied, velvety and polished tannins with a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, biodynamically farmed fruit; each of 26 blocks vinified separately; maceration ~20–26 days; aged ~21 months in French oak (≈85% new); blended and bottled (minimal filtration).
